Handmade small ceramic buttons (approx. 11 × 12 mm) finished in a warm tortoise shell / calico glaze with natural mottling and depth. The reactive surface develops layered tones of honey, umber, and soft oxide during firing, giving each button an organic, stone-like character.
These ceramic sewing and knitting buttons are compact and refined — ideal where subtle texture and warm neutrality are desired without visual weight.

• Turn the garment inside out and place it in a soft garment bag before washing.
• Hand-washing is recommended.
• For dry cleaning, ask that each button be wrapped in foil or another soft barrier to protect the glaze.

Each button is made start to finish in my studio — shaped, refined, slowly dried, fired, hand-painted with glaze, and fired again at high temperature. The full ceramic process takes over a week and allows no shortcuts. No molds, no mass production. Subtle differences in geometry, glaze movement, and tone reflect the integrity of handcrafted ceramic.
